3/15/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved Upon arrival to the school setting, the client appeared to be in a happy mood as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with a smile. During morning observations, QMHP-C observed the client remaining focused and completing assignments during instructional periods. During midday observations, QMHP-C observed the client following school and classroom rules as well as positively engaging with peers. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C observed the client running within the hallway, racing peers. QMHP-C greeted the client upon his arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C encouraged the client to make good choices throughout the day. QMHP-C praised the client for a job well done and encouraged the client to keep up the good work during midday observations. During afternoon observations, QMHP-C redirected the client to his seat. QMHP-C reviewed school rules with the client and the importance of avoiding to put his hand on others. Upon arrival to the school setting, the client stated that his morning was going well. The client responded well towards the interventions as evidenced by positive feedback. During morning observations, the client explained that he was preparing for a good day. During midday observations, the client informed that he remained on task. During afternoon redirection, the client returned to his seat. The client was able to communicate school rules and stated “I just touched him to be it”.
